Workout programs

Tone- This workout program is a 9 week, full body program that can be done at a gym, or at your house with some kind of weights (dumbells, kettlebells, or barbell) and an exercise band. It's designed to build strength and increase lean muscle mass. 2 days per week are included.

Sculpt- This program is focused on aesthetics. The main objective is to increase the size of your muscles, and is tailored to hit the whole body. It covers 9 weeks, 3 times per week, and can be done at a gym as well as your home. Minimal equipment required (dumbells, kettlebells, or barbell, exercise bands.)
