Confessions of a personal trainer

Oh great, another fitness blog.. before you judge, hear me out. I debated on doing a blog because the fitness space is so saturated with blogs and influencers, why would anyone want to hear what I have to say? But that’s exactly why; I’m not an “influencer,” I’m not some kid with no life experience and good genetics, telling the average joe how to get fit. I’m a thirty something year old dad, who works between 50-60 hours a week, including a part time manual labor job to get insurance. I’ve worked for everything I’ve had since I was 16, long before I got into fitness or personal training. I’ve experienced ups and downs in life and health. My perspective is unique and hopefully relatable. So, I’m going to do a weekly blog post to share my perspective, give practical advice, and probably, no definitely, to hate on some of the stupid things I see in the fitness space.
