Mountain Fitness Personal Training is a locally owned personal training studio located in Arden, NC. We offer 30 minute and 1 hour personal training sessions, by appointment only. It is a private training studio, so you can avoid the large crowds, which is also great for someone who may be self conscious working out in front of others. We now have three certified personal trainers available for appointments. We have experience with all different age groups and fitness levels.

Seth Rogers, CPT: Seth is an ACE certified personal trainer since 2015. Former athlete, specializes in weight loss, strength gain, toning and overall health. Passionate about helping people reach their goals.
Tracy: Tracy is a North Carolina native who has found her way back from the Rocky Mountains. As a NASM certified personal trainer, Tracy loves to help others reach their fitness goals. With a degree in Culinary Nutrition, she also takes pride in helping others find happiness and freedom through food. Bringing this all together, Tracy aims to show others that it is possible to live a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle full of activity and delicious eats.
Jesse: Jesse Hyder is a fitness expert with 15 years of experience. He’s a personal trainer, life coach, and movement specialist. His mission is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry, while empowering men and women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence. His vision is a world where daily acts of self-love and care are a regular part of life.
When he's not coaching you will find him hiking, mentoring children, or finding new creative ways to express his fitness.
Rachel Rothstein, CPT: Rachel was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. She has been working in the Wellness/Fitness industry for over 15 years and has a plethora of experience with people of all backgrounds and ages ranging from 5-95 years young. Rachel received her Bachelors of Science from App State U and Masters of Science from The Citadel, with degrees in Exercise Sports Science, minors in Psychology and Health Care Management. She specializes in postural movement, TRX, calisthenics and muscle isolation techniques that strengthen your mind to body connection. When she is not training you can catch her hiking with her dogs or hanging out with her partner around town sipping coffee!
Natalie Guevara: Natalie considers herself a “movement motivator”. Her passion is in empowering busy women to find self-confidence and mental physical strength through movement.
She is a certified personal trainer, women's strength coach (through Girls Gone Strong) health coach and experienced yoga teacher. She believes movement should be fun, accessible and challenging all at the same time. She infuses yoga philosophy into strength training specializing in functional movement.
